Fuel Kids at School Van Grant

Full Plates Full Potential, in partnership with Hannaford Supermarkets, has an exciting grant opportunity for eligible nutrition programs looking to start or expand meal delivery service to kids!

Grantees will receive:

One (1) brand new 2021 Ford Transit Connect XL Cargo Van (MSRP $24,655) delivered to you
Taxes/fees at time of purchase covered
Wrapping/branding of vehicle
$5000 for start up/maintenance costs
Insulating cooling blankets for food transportation

Eligibility Criteria

Approved CACFP At-Risk & SFSP Sponsor
Demonstrates desire to increase meal counts/students served
Ideally operating nutrition program year-round
Ideally looking to expand reach in some way (more sites, more delivery routes, etc)
