Full Plates Welcomes New Team Members

In August, Full Plates welcomed two new full-time staff members to the team. As Keirstin and Eliza eagerly step into new roles, as the Donor Engagement & Events Manager and the Operations & Communication Coordinator respectively, the rest of the Full Plates team is excited to have them on board.

“We’re thrilled to have Eliza and Keirstin join our small, but mighty team. In their first month they have already leveraged their impressive experiences and skills to significantly expand our operational capacity and improve our systems and processes. I couldn’t be more proud of the team we have assembled to work toward a permanent end to child hunger in Maine.”

Justin Strasburger, Executive Director
Keirstin Salisbury, Donor Engagement & Events Manager

A Mainer since birth, Keirstin has found a passion in organizations that support Maine kiddos. Working previously in the non-profit pediatric healthcare space, she believes accessible nutritious food is an essential part of childhood development and overall health.

Keirstin is very much looking forward to connecting and engaging with our FEED KIDS partners as well as individual donors. And when the time is right, getting the community together for some stellar events!

Eliza Madden, Operations & Communication Coordinator

After learning about and engaging with Maine’s food system through working in non-profit, education, and retail spaces over the last few years, Eliza is thrilled to be joining the Full Plates team. She is passionate about building and supporting equitable food systems and believes in a future where every kid, regardless of who they are and where they live, can access and enjoy delicious food every day.

Welcome, Keirstin and Eliza!
