After many years at the helm of her acclaimed New York City restaurants, Chef Sara, (born in Camden, Maine, but raised in Italy, Spain, and Lebanon), brought her Mediterranean passion back to Maine, with her restaurant, Nīna June.  She offers a magnificent array of products from the bounty of Maine’s oceans and farms, taking the finest Maine has to offer, then give it a fresh, tasty Mediterranean spin.
